for those of you that might be wishing to join a squad in the wonderfull new arena, the mighty redtails may be able to help.

I have taken the liberty of posting this without his consent, (sorry boss
) but i feel confident that i echo his thoughts here.
the only thing we ask of our squaddies is that they HAVE FUN, they DO NOT engage in pointless and childish behaviour or conversations with other patrons of the arena, and that they DO NOT care about score, rank, or ego in any way whilst representing the squadron. respect and good manners are the key. we do not expect you to be the top gun, to fly to anyone's standards but your own, or to fly on one side/in one plane exclusively. don't HO, don't vulch, and most important don't moan.
the squadron is growing slowly, but in great strength of character.
If you consider yourself to fit in to this kind of a group, then shout at either myself or the boss in the arena and we can take things from there.
