What does everyone keep saying about Chinese thinking on the idea of copyright? :D

Anywho, It seems they've started to copy something other than Russian military equipment. Me thinks that like most knock-offs the biggest differences between this and the F-22 will probably be the quality, pricetag, and the numbers produced.

Oh, and that you'll be able to buy the J-XX via Walmart.

Ain't it the sorry truth?  I hope they really are as crappy as we'd like 'em to be...but that might be wishful thinking.  Not that I don't think we'll maintain an edge, but it's way narrower than I'd like.

Seems like, time was, a technological advantage of this significance would have stayed secret longer.  Sometimes, I don't think we're careful enough with who we grant security clearances to.

Even if it is crappy, numbers can be a problem.  And large numbers of, maybe not invisible, but hard-to-see, aircraft is just not good.

Hey...just to leap completely off-topic...Anyone see that now the Chinese claim to have discovered America?  Only one highly questionable document supports the notion, but they're yelling it to the rooftops.  It is to laugh...

We have simpy got to stop being such dorks when it comes to protecting our national secrets...and start hanging traitors, in public.

2015?  I highly doubt they are going to get this thing built, tested, developed and fielded with any kind of quality in 9 years.

This is nothing though, the New York Times had secret documents on this aircraft years ago.
