Talking this year. Shaun Alexander.

Again, we're talking this year.
Originally posted by killnu Defense? did we forget the steelers have a defense? that stopped the best offensive team in the stronger AFC?
Stronger overrated AFC? Best offense in football was in the NFC, sir. Seattle Seahawks. Check the stats.
Originally posted by killnu Sacks? once again...steelers have the LB with most sacks and the the two OLBs together teamed up for more sacks than any other OLBs tandem in NFL this year.
Again, check the stats, who has the most sacks in the NFL this year? Do your homework! Then ask yourself "Who is more mobile in the pocket, Hasselbeck or Big Ben". Granted, we've had a problem with the 3-4 defense team we played this year (Dallas) but I'm quite sure we'll adjust to that. Too many weapons. You can't have Palamoa covering everyone.
Originally posted by killnu 2 year QB? sorry it didnt take our QB as many years to get here.
Thats right. Inexperience has an edge over experienced, right? That will show come Feb. 5th, trust me.
Originally posted by killnu Im sorry, Seattle is going to have to worry about more than one WR in the SB. They will have RBs, TE and the WR's to worry about , not just one Steve smith and a 4th string RB, with thier 24th(?) ranked pass defense. It will be better matchup than you are trying to make it out to be.
Yes, finally! Competition! However we've been very good at stopping the run, I'll be amazed if both RB's get a combined 100 yards rushing or more. Our weakness is against the pass, but only between the 20 yard lines.
Originally posted by killnu I didnt even mention about the emotion the steelers are gonna have going into one of the all time great Steelers hometowns, probably the last game he will play in, and try to win the big one for him. I understand the Seattle gonna have some emotion with them too, first SB ever?
It will be a decent game.
Yeah, we've heard that emotion thing before, like the Colts were gonna stomp us when Dungy lost his son. Uh huh. Neutral crowd. Neutral site. Guess what...we have a bigger emotional edge, its called "No respect, now we earn it". Thats bigger than Home Town any day.
Let the Game Begin!
