Waters just doesnt have his voice anymore. I'm biased though towards Gilmore anyway.

Most of Gilmour's solos do that to me...even though I play guitar, I usually dont learn them cause Im to busy gettin lost in the music

Dog's of war rocked on that album, concert at Giants Stadium was un(f'in)real, they played for almost 4hours with a 15 minut intermission.
Planes crashin, pigs fallin, biggest f'in disco ball in the shape of a lemon i ever saw. was 10 rows from stage, walked out of it with my jaw on the floor, my wife could not believe how moved I was from it.(non understanders)

My favorite will always be Dark Side...just the continuousness of the whole album makes it a masterpiece
But id also put Thunder & Final cut next in line
