Speed bug

Up a PT and try to stay with the fleet. You need to go 45mph to stay with it. In fact top speed is 47 and that BAAARELY will let you close on a ship after many minutes of chasing.

Up a plane and sit on CV deck, E6B and speedometer say 30-ish mph (32? 35? something, just checked and already forgot!).

Judging by CV speed I'm not sure which is wrong, but it seems like it's going much faster than 30mph.

CVs move way too fast imho, if they slowed the CVs to historical speeds it would also make torpedos a more viable weapon (they are a lame duck right now).

It is impossible to shoot a CV from behind with a torp. The CV moves 1 mph slower than the torp, and even if you fire POINT BLANK from a PT boat dead astern of the CV, it takes 5-10 minutes for the torp to travel a relative distance of 200 yards.

Can't slow the CV down, it's not feasible in this game, but I think we seriously need to compensate for this by speeding up the torps' speed!
