I am no expert on the Islamic culture nor do I know what they "preach".  I can observe and make judgements regarding this culture though.  First observation, 91101.  Second observation, look at how women are treated. Now granted this information was obtained form NPR, CNN, ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX.

BTW, you are judging Islam by looking at a terrorist act and at the way the Talibnazi treat the women.

No clue about Algeria, Tunis, Moroc, Turkey, Palestin, Jordan (sp?), and African, Indonesian Islamic countyes, or Euro Islamic people, or, better US Islamic people (I heard a lot of Black people is Islamic).

My belief is that people in this country can think whatever they want.  Its kinda what makes this country so great.  Now, if someone attempts/conspires to do harm, then I don't think "home" is where I want to send them... hell seems more apropriate.

There is no requirement that people have to apreciate the environment they are in.  And there is no provision to control what people are thinking.
