This is an outright lie!!!!

In reality Nilsen went out and bought a super duper gay white bondage belt and that is holding his stomach in.

Congrats! Now, put 15 kilos back on, but this time using weights and running. Only now you can eat as much as you want, but still try to keep the carb count low. :)

wtg! I did the same thing about 7 years ago. I lost 20 kg in 3 months with same thing. But I only did it Monday - Friday and ate anything I wanted on weekends and didn't change my exercise routine.

I've put about 5kg back on from a nasty herniated disc a few years ago that slowed me down a lot, but I know I'll never get back to the old weight again. It's impossible since I don't drink soft drinks (diet or regular) anymore. ;)

You want to gain weight? Drink Diet Coke and sports drinks...

:aok  Water, Milk, Beer and Juice. Its all I ever drink.

I could stand to lose alittle. I'm up around 94 kilos and I'd like to get down to 89 kilos. My heavy weight training spring regiment usually packs weight during the winter months, but I lose alot of the 'extra belly mass' in the spring/summer working around the yard, water skiing, etc.
