Tzatziki
--------

Take 1 large pot of Greek Yoghurt, 1 cucumber, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar. Garlic to taste (1 clove is good, 3 is death by garlic).

Grate the cucumber into a CLEAN tea-towel.
Fold over the tea-towel then twist and squeeze so that most of the fluid comes out of the cucumber.
Mix cucumber and yoghurt in a mixing bowl.
Drizzle in olive oil and vinegar.
Crush garlic and mix in.

Optionally add in a little mint.

Zapkin07?? You've been banned 7 times now sausage boy? :)

Incidently I tried this recipe in 2001, my wife banned me from the kitchen for a month, and my dog (then) wouldn't come to me for a week, afraid for his lungs inhaling a distasteful odor exhausting from my exit-only area.

Ya know, between this thread and the other few hundred or so recipe swapping threads with the girls here we should have a Recipe forum.

Skuzzy, I recepectfully request the addition of a receipe forum so we girls have someplace to post and swap our favorite receipes.

while your at it could you all make a forum for dressing well so we know what shoes go with which outfits ;)

thanks

It really was delicious...however open flames were downright dangerous to my health for about 2 days after eating a meal of it.
