just a note, if your not sure what FPS you will get with your system in ww2ol, look here is an inofficial Benchmark test: http://www.jamous.com.br/bench/index.cfm

I just upgraded from a geforce2 mx to an geforce2 gts pro and gained again some fps  ;)

Most of the systems you see there are high end tho. And the test must be done in 32bit but i preffer 16bit for gaining again much more fps! I'm running w2k and it looks like you gain some more fps if you run win98 or winME hmm.

Even the game have still some bugs, especialy in gameplay, technicaly it works very smooth for me now.

Udie,

That was interesting reading  :)

AH has immediatly cutting off engines..
In WWII OL I got shot by A13 MG at takeoff in Bf110 and began smoking it.
I flew for quorter of hour and then engine began sputtering for couple of minutes until it cut off!
What a neat thing, when remembering 30 sec. immediatly cutting off engines of AH.

"What a neat thing, when remembering 30 sec. immediatly cutting off engines of AH."

Was fixed. Even then I'd rather have a correctable setting in just a few aircrafts damage models than things as glaring as using landing gear to tip vehicles, turn fight better than a fighter even when fully laden (Stuka) and ability to shoot oridinance right through any friendlies in front of you to hit an enemy bogy. And how's the collision model?  ;)

I think there's collision.  I seemed to have rammed a 110 before they went pay to play.

I'll look at how the game has progressed in a few months and reconsider a subscription then.

I've rammed couple Blens/Hurricanes with Me-110. Always instant death to me...

I've rammed aircraft- the results usually seemed the same. I spun into the ground like I was missing a tail, the other guy flew away and fought some more. I did ram someone in my Stuka once and managed to continue flying, though it was obvious I had taken a hit.

Collisions are in there, but I'm not sure about damage caused by collisions.  Last night my right wing clipped a 110 as I made a BnZ pass at him.  The force knocked (blacked) me out for about 20 seconds.  When I "came to" I was about 2k ft lower in a flat spin. I got out of the spin and faught for another 15-20 min b4 I rtb'd.

They've got much bigger fish to fry than some physics anomolies.  We need in the field refuel/resupply and stuff like more vehicles  :) or more players hehe.

cc on collisions. Just I've never had any damage from one and I though they were not modelled ala AW.
