Taurus PT-99 9mm
Remington 12 gauge
unknown brand 4-10 & .22 (inherited.. older than I am)
A pair of handmade knives (inherited.. again, they're older than I am)
A diver's combat knife (a gift from the HMS Battleaxe crew)
A Shinai
A Bokken
A practice Epee (french grip)
Another practice Epee (pistol grip)

Also have a Taurus 85B3 (just a small 5rd revolver in .38) set aside for my g/f's birthday, and I've been drooling over a new Kimber .45 for awhile... just can't quite justify it... yet. :t

That's actually the current most popular choice amongst Amtguard (LARP) fighters. Originally, PVC piping was the core of their swords, but carbon fibre golf club shafts proved the best alternative... much more speed. Don't know if it's been changed, got invited to 1 event, and then asked not to come back... didn't miss it. It's a very neutered version of SCA heavy fighting (where broken bones aren't uncommon) whos "swords" are heavier than baseball bats... best comparison I can think of would be ww2 reenactors switching to simunitions instead of blanks.
