I dont know if this person frequents the BB but goodness gracious did they hand me my @ last night.

I was in a Zero, he/she was in a SpitXVI with some other Rook also in the mix. I lasted all of about 6 seconds. I have NEVER EVER seen anyone turn a plane that well and stick like glue as well as they did. So I upped again and by then they were over our airfield. I again got spanked in a few seconds. I am stubborn and upped 3 times before I had had enough. I was angry/sad/embarrased/envious all at the same time. Even though I am still a relative Noob, I have done my best fighting so far in a Zero and have been able to even get some reverses and cause a lot of overshoots/loss of E, etc etc. But I got learnt something fierce last night.

Maybe you can teach me some things sometime.

Zekes excel at the turn fighting Spits are good at. Gotta get inside the turn and you can nuke any Spit. Hurricanes somehow always out turn me though...

Just use the verticle and a zero is toast.

FX1 is a good stick. I don't know if he frequents the BB's, but suggest that you check the roster from time to time and chat w/him online. you can tune to him if you want some private conversation either on vox or on one of the script channels.

He can fly almost every plane very well too.
He is an extremely good stick, but he is one of those good sticks that don't flaunt it all over the place to stoke his ego like some others we are very familar with.

Skuz must have come back from the con kinda ticked at something -- noticed a few people became "persona non grata" on the boards today as well . . .

Not saying they didn't deserve it, just saying the Hammer seems to be out.

If i remeber you had alt on me the first fight and i made a good shot after a couple of loops. Zekes are fun rides but at that speed above 300 zero's have a hard time turning with the spit. Angles play a big factor in this game and it takes time and its hard to teach when to pull. With the zeke try and drop down cut your throt and stay on that guys 6. Alway remember that he cant out turn you so make it count.

I had a run in with levi stang and nombe about a month ago and got waxed four times in back to back. Yes i was embarrased not really mad but its just a game. Sometimes you have good day when shot's are easy but their are just as many days that you cant hit chit.

Keep pushing and learn new tricks. I dont really get mad i just think of it as a part of the game. Fly everything in the roster and settle with a couple of planes that you have fun in. Sometimes i feel bad shooting down the same guy over and over but its teaching them something in return.

Yes FX1 is a God,

you should feel blessed that he graced the same sector as you & filled your plane with bullet holes lol.

He has done it to me many, many times.

i dont really see zeros in the m/a much. There freakishly slow and litey armored(i watch alot of pacific theater docs so for some reason i really hate jap planes:lol ). There great in the furball but a quick slash on one will put them on fire(they burn for way tooo long). In my book spit16 has the upper hand, superdud got it right, verticle and zero is done. The only zero pilot that every got me was blukitty i dont have to explain much after that

Hmmm, everyone missed something important in the original post. The guy was turning with FX1 (6 times) and SHawk did not pick him off? Now, if he was not on at the time I will let it go,
