July KOTH results.
« on: July 08, 2006, 04:08:17 PM »
FriKOTH of July seemed more like a normal KOTH rather than the Readers Digest version like last month's.
It lasted about 2:40 hours with just under 20 contestants for the majority of the matches. When we reached Round #11 we had three Wabbits with two trying to win it.
PiterkO was the third Wabbit but was having some connection issues and choose to exit rather than continue. An honorable choice that deservers a .
We had six first time KOTHers including allied, cooley, NATEDOG, Skuzzy, Stormdog and Tiger38. We hope you enjoyed the carnage and would like to see you again.
Congratulations and to WMLute for the win! WMLute chose the D3A1 Val for August's first FriKOTH ride.
The results:
[list=1]
  • Balsy in a P-38J
  • Pooface in a P-47D-11
  • WMLute in a Me 262A-1
  • piterkO in a D3A1 Val

  • WMLute in a Spitfire MkV   (Wabbit)
  • piterkO in a N1k2-J   (Wabbit)

Next time I just won't reply to your lame response.
Sort of reminds me of RManiac who whines about KOTH when I announce it and never attends it.

You attend an event feel free to comment. If you don't attend then you have no valid comment on it.
Over and out.

ROFL Wetrat, nobody "let" me do anything.

I decided to actualy TRY and win a KOTH that Friday, which is rare for me.  I personally feel that 'cause I run 'em, I shouldn't be trying to win 'em.  I'm more concerned w/ everybody having a good time, and the event going smoothly.

Thanks tho'!

he would not have won, had I not been picked !!!! I was pinging his sorry rear when he was a wabbit, and he ended up prevailing victorious FriKOTH winner  :furious

last 2 flights I was picked off when shooting at a wabbit, I logged instead of flaming others....there always is a next time:aok

and Lute you're on my list :O

:rofl

congrats btw to both KOTH winners of July, wtg!!!

I sent my lameness meter in to be adjusted.
They told me it was obsolete and I need a new model.

Well, in the last round, I was surprised no one interrupted me and Lute when I was dancing around in front of him, dragging him all over the place.  I kept looking around for someone to help kill that Wabbit.
