Geforce 2 Ultra Problem

Game freezes everytime I log on now any ideas. Have the latest driver and running DX7.0a

Try removing the video.cfg file in the Aces High/settings directory.  Reboot and try again.

When does the lockup occur? During the entry pages or during game play?, if you have a firewall like zone alarm it could be the cause!

in your mother board bios, is your AGP set to 1x 2x or 4x?

i would get lockups a few seconds into playing AH when i was in 4x. So i changed to 2x and everythiung worked fine. I have an ASUS P3V4x MB . I have recently upgraded my motherboard drivers and AGP gart Drivers and seems everything works fine in 4X now. I and also running directX 8.0a

as mason said.
Own a gforce2 fr Asus myself and saw the same effekt on all d3d games.
Back t 2* AGP and lockups had gone.
