For john9001; I really don't need an Ebay tutorial lol, I just needed to be sure I wasn't taking something out of this message that wasn't really there. I want to be fair with the person even though it's clear they had no intention of being fair with me. From now on I'll have to block foreign bidders, it's too bad really, I just sold a CPU to a very nice person in the Netherlands. I'd hate to think they would've been screwed by someone like this dolt from France. And besides, you can't open an unpaid item dispute for a certain number of days & I haven't gone past that yet; rest assured I sent the text of the message & a complaint directly to Ebay. The jerk-off will probably put a negative on my otherwise spotless feedback record as well.
