What?!  Have I got offer commentary on every group extant since the 60's?

I never enjoyed psychedelic rock or hard rock or acid rock or rap or any other form of "modern music" that emphasizes volume over substance.

If that's what butters-yer-bread, then knock yourself out.  Makes no never-mind to me.

I enjoy many different styles of music....but I draw the line here.

Regards, Shuckins

The point that I'm getting at Shuckins is that your problem with Prince isn't his talent but his style.  The other artists that I listed are all widely recognized as being very talented but you dismiss them because you don't like the style of music.  Frankly I don't care for those artists either, but I can admit they're talented.

All I'm saying is don't dismiss his talent because you don't like his style.  That's all.

I thought the closet homo was the one that stood in the middle of the room and accused everyone else of being gay?  Face it Rip, you didn't like Prince because it raised some unfomfortable feelings in the pit of your tummy.

If you want to have a serious discussion let me know.  If you want to throw "homo" out to anyone that disagrees I'll let you talk to the 8 year old down the street.

Seriously, anyone remember Appolonia? She was the chick that played Prince's girlfriend in Purple Rain. She was HOT with a capital HOT. Whatever happened to her?

Death is no easy answer
For those who wish to know
Ask those who have been before you
What fate the future holds
It ain't pretty
