The other day I witnessed (on country channel) one of the most outright funniest text conversations I have seen to date.  A handful of..."new players" were desperatly trying to get their fellow knights to join thier missions of base conquest.  When inquiring as to why nobody was joining, they were ripped apart in good humor by many of course, until WMLute explained, or tried to explain why their mission was not set up right and doomed to fail.

Replies to Lute from "New Players" :

"Who asked you.?"   <<
"What do you know about taking bases?"   << I died on this one, almost spit out the goldschlager.

"Your the noob!"  <  :rofl

And so on and so on....Lute showed amazing patience and sincerely attempted to help these players.  I was teary eyed when it finally died down.  New players are a reality and a good one too.  Without growth the game will go away, and everyone should try to help them along, but agreed it can be very frustrating/amuzing/annoying...when asking for answers they then proceed to ignore advise and lip off to those helping them.  Anyway...

WMLute   It was a good attempt. :aok

I really do wish regular players could vote to mute a player. Setup a vote and 75% of the country's numbers that vote yes would mute the "kid" for a set number of mins. Yes .squelching is easier but the kid doesnt learn a lesson muteing them might teach them not to run thier mouth.
