Interesting "what if" was raised in a Free Multiplayer thread.
(sorry for the hijack Pyro, why I moved it here)

Take 50 H2H pilots (the best they have) and fight them vs. 50 MA pilots (the best we have) in a huge furball.

What would the results be?

How many MA people ya' think would die before all the H2H people were shot down?

I personally think it would be a slaughter, as large furballs are common in the MA but basically unknown in H2H (limited to 8 people) Add to that the calibre of pilot is way, WAY higher in the MA vs. H2H.

Do ya's think the H2H pilots would stand a chance?

Would their lack of fighting more than 3-5 opponents at a time in H2H be as large a handicap as I personally think it would be?

Ha no way. All the H2H pilots would die in 3 min or less. The only ones that would live longer would either run away or climb to 20k. While the MA 50 best might loose a max of 3 pilots to hos and rams.

funny stuff but dont discount them completly they have a few pilots with much skill, and most of these are now ma players after h2h shut down

can you name 5 that you would put up against BluKitty, KAPPA, FX1, Murdr and TC in a fight?

Hmm,

well theres domin who could probably take two of that group at a time, bighorn, who i think is now on break and an ma subscriber, denholm, benny, roultox, and a few others who i have lost the name of but now i do see your point 50 v 50 theyd be wiped;)
Edit: some of the names you mentioned are not as good 1 on 1 as they are in ma

The H2H players are too use to being able to see from outside their planes. Also, they're not use to having to save their ammo and making every shot count. I doubt they love AH so much they would spend time reading things by Robert L. Shaw or Johan Kylander. So do I really need to say who I think would win?
