Thought I'd point out one idiosyncrasy (sp) and that's that successful bails show as a death in your score/rank pages but not in kill stats in expanded format.

It does - if someone gets a kill on you, it's recorded there, regardless if you auger, bail or just explode in mid-air.
Of course, if you bail because of things like auto-ack, or crash into a mountain while afk, and nobody gets a kill, it won't show up there.

Close, but not quite.  

Deaths on the "kill stats in expanded format" page only display deaths where a kill was awarded.

Hence, if you bail, disco, crash, or are captured, but no one was awarded a kill in the incident, it will be scored for rank, but will not be tallied for expanded stats.

WHY is this plane accorded an eny of 5?..whereas the:


La-7 has 10463 Kills of All .........La-7 has 8388 Deaths by All

P-51D has 10972 Kills of All .. ....P-51D has 10209 Deaths by All

well if most all fights in ah were found at 20k+ youd see those p47 numbers be much much better lol

plus think of all the people who really just fly it like a guided missle hit ur target and auger? makes sense eh

i really like the p47's great jabo and not bad fighter im not that good but its a fun variation instead of taking up p51 all the time.

those stats mean really nothing when u consider the style those planes are used in  i never see much of 51d 109k4 or la7 trying to jabo. usualy they run for the deck and get away and thats most of the time not posible in a p47 as its deck speed is not that great.

yea maybe i made your point for you lol

all i was tyring to explain was the kill death ratio
(which has eveyrthing to do with the way its used and experience of the people using it)
and why it is that bad
not many fly it the same way as the others therfore more kills of it.

i belive it has an eny of 5 because with experience it can compete with any other 5 plane other than perkies in a one on one fight at alt
and the only other plane that has about the same duration is the p51 (i may be wrong here)
flying time lots of ammo ability to take a few stray hits all around great ride

(neat! landed kills in 32-33 diff. fighter/attack planes last tour)

Huh?  How so?  There is no score or rank statistic for kills in bombers.

Steady on mate I meant I as in Yarbles had been caught exagerating. I cant remember the last time if ever I have been caught on here. Anyway you record as far as I am concerned is unblemished ;)
