Water tower bug

When your far away from the water tower, you see the inside of it.


And it slowly returns to its original state when you get closer and closer to it.

turn your graphics slider back up. Its cutting back the graphics...much like the trees when people "game the game" when using GVs. You can get buildings to do the same thing too.
