I'm only decent at best. This maneuver has a place and time as does any other maneuver. Normally I would not perform this with a con right on my six... but then again I would not bet on it if I were you.....   ;) I like to look at my adversary as marking up a chalkboard with what he will do if I do this or if I do that.... throw in something to surprise him from time to time and you erase his chalkboard long enough for him to get lead poisoning.

It may work for you, but personally I wouldn't dream of doing it in combat.  It's simply my favorite aerobatic maneuver to do for fun.  I've always been very fond of deliberate stalls and spins.  I'm hoping someone with better aerobatic skills will post a track of the maneuver being done with a much flatter spin.  I suppose I could work at it for a long time and do it, but it still hurts to hold a joystick for more than a few minutes.
