Skuzzy says that when its the next to the last hop like that that is loosing packet, it usually means the problem is on the return trip.

Email Skuzzy with either the picture. the bbs link, or the address the picture is hosted at and ask him to ping back to you. He might spot something that can help.

I am seeing the problem on the return trip. It is an asynchrnous route.

It appears to lie between XO and AT&T. I have filed a trouble ticket with AT&T.

Don't thank me yet. AT&T is a slow moving machine. The NOC for our colo in Allen, TX happens to be in Japan.
