The only thing I can think to call Voss today though, is a thief.  Scam artist is too nice.

Got a great quote from CombatSim.  "On that setup we had a 400 Lancaster AI flight escorted by 32 user Hurricanes engaging 132 german fighters under heavy flak. My frame rate slowed to 19fps in the heat of battle."

Hell 10 years later we can't even do that!

that's what i love about this board- assumptive reasoning

apart from being in the same squad for a time and reading the voss threads i don't know voss, so we are not pals. and i'm not defending anyone. frode implied wrongly that i was "good" with whatever sins voss had supposedly committed because he was a squaddie. i gave my reasons in my last post why i didn't view voss any differently in the game from the hundreds if not thousands of anonymous players that i have come in contact with over the years

Excel1, we have a saying where I come from; "A hit dog hollers". I don't recall anyone implying anything about you. This thread is not even about you. You were the one that came in and directed the attention to yourself though your nonchalant attitude towards Voss's actions.

 Your comments were almost bragging in nature about how you use to be a squad mate of Voss. You made comments that insinuated that Voss would get some joy out of coming in here and seeing that we all have our "panties in a wad" over his scams. If that is not approval of wrong doing then I don't know what is. You brought attention to yourself, nobody sought you out to bash you. Get your facts straight. :aok


BTW: Does being head of the VFC get you really good deals on Area 51 stuff? I can't wait until they release the demo for that game, I bet it is going to be swell.  :noid

geez i don't feel bashed. i'm not even annoyed that you have misconstrued and twisted what i have said... this is the o'club after all. i can only conclude that your not happy that i posted something that’s at odds with the usual "lets demonize voss" spew . tough cheese, coz i have no ill feeling towards voss and if others do then that's their perogative. so feel free to believe what you like and opinionate as i will do. but i don't think i will be seeking your permission before i post on voss or any subject :aok


eskimo, you need to shoot your bloodhound. voss is a better stick, plus i can't fit an f-16 in my garage with the f-22 being in there and all :)
