"Anti Hack" Arena message Tuesday
« on: January 16, 2008, 10:46:29 AM »
I was curious about the Arena message Tuesday warning of the dire consequences of hacking the game... Has there been a rash of hacks lately? Maybe that why my panzer is killed with one shot a 4000 yards... lol
Seriously I've heard of 1 player that got banned for hacking, but is it such a serious problem that HTC feels an arena message is warranted?

I have seen things I cannot talk about in these forums.

And this thread is not a good idea.

I haven't seen anything unusual for a while. I saw a guy stick stirring last night. He died anyway.

The one thing I saw only semi strange was that I was watching a base for an noe. 3 times I went there and 3 times it quit blinking just as soon as I arrived. That however could have been someone with a shade account.

Overall, game play has been great for me. I think Hitech and staff or doing a great job. You have this many people playing it's going to attract some bad elements. I'm glad they are being warned.

It might just be for legal reasons so it would be easier for them to press charges in future cases.
