Hey everyone I am home from basic on a 3 day pass for emergency family leave. So I will stop by for a few in the arena between now and wednesday.

I got 1 more month of basic left and then its off to AIT I found out I can have a computer there so maybe I can get back into the rotation;)

P.S. I was on a little last night and royally suck, so get while the gettin is good;)

EVERYTHING in AIT is a privilege, not a given. Don't get your hopes up. It all depends on who pissed off Top last, and why.

Advanced Infantry Training, if you are in the Infantry.....Advanced Individual Training if you're another MOS.

actually if your infantry u dont go to AIT, your basic and AIT are combined and u take them at the same place

Yes...I know....

But there was and I'm guessing still is a Basic "Graduation", and what follows afterwards was/is referred to as AIT, even if it is OSUT.

At least it was when I went through.

I know if I had a 3 day pass from Boot, I wouldn't be spending it on a computer game! I would be sniffing every female leg within a 3 mile radius of me........
