okies these are all that have offically confirmed that they are attending. list still looks great and i cant wait to see everyone this weekend! gonna be a blast!

here is what its looking like for the plans.

Friday July 18th - Parade @ 3pm
Friday July 18th - Meet at hotel and everyone go bowling and possible Spitfire Bar afterwards.

Saturday July 19th - Breakfast
Saturday July 19th - Meet up at hotel at 10am, head to airshow (not sure if time is set, performers start at 11am
Saturday July 19th - Airshow ends, everyone go to shawks house for party and dinner.

Sunday July 20th - Meet at hotel 12pm (not sure this is good time or not) get ready to head out to the museum.

at some point i would like to get a group photo!!! maybe at shawk's house Smiley


ALSO...shawk has put alot of time and money into getting ready for this party, he has food on order and rented a tent. IF yall would be kind enuff to make any donations would help cover some of the expenses to make this possible, we're not making anyone donate, we would like that to be a gesture from each and every person that attends. Thank you all in advance for making this what it will be...its gonna be a great time and everyone will have memories to last a life time.

last year we took the back way in..dont worry it will be ok. the back way wasn't crowded at all but we had to walk a little bit. but walking is good for u

and the pic will prolly be taken at shawks house seeming how most of everyone will be there we wont have strangers in the background hehe

I live just outside of Memphis, TN.  I am just up here visiting in williamsport, PA.  Just got back from meeting up with Wax and V1st in manhattan at Times Square on Saturday.  Just trying to meet as many Ah'rs as possible since I am up this way!

Yes.  Go to the website of your favorite rental agency and make a reservation.

I use Hertz if possible, followed by Enterprise.

Think I'll be at a QB meeting friday evening, near Cleveland... So I'll be down for breakfast satuday... All this is Wx depending. I think there's going to be a front approaching ohio sat  might have some bad Wx for the show...
