From 10 years past experience of online sims, here's my advice.
Keep the door open for those who are walk-ons. That will be 50% of your flyers.
Alot of folks cannot commit to flying far in advance because of lifes many changes. I know it can be chaos when walk-ons do come in, but, on the avg. 25% of your committed players do not show. The 50% that walk-on make up for that. I would like you to post here Monday how many committed players for Sundays 1st frame did not show up.
Food for thought, confusion in the first 30 mins. before a scenario with lots of participants is better than closed door, low numbers scenario.
