Why does it show this: Look in the Ammo screen, you can see that there are 10 troops

This problem is not just with the 38G...

I had a torpedo in a Poni!

Of course the torp wasnt there but the ammo counter was stuck on the last plane.

no wonder so many people have trouble flying the 38. If My yoke looked like that, I'd have trouble too !

I have also seen in a panzer that it Gives you X ammount of ammo for MG in the ammo screen.

Where?
If it's in the thing that tells you how much pintle and hull ammunition you have left, thats the counter for the coax gun on the turret. Use the secondary fire button to shoot it.

sounds like some sort of sapp conspiracy,  maybe you just got the wrong 38 out of the hangar and this one is some secret way of transporting 10 troops for base capture.

Those aren't troops, those are torps.  You thought our cries of "torps on the town!" were just jokes?  Hah, how foolish you were.

Troops show up as PARA, by the way.

Also, the lighting on the metallic parts of the ammo counter don't match up with the cockpit.
