Maybe its the military using your wireless connection to access your computer so they can transmit spy information and have it traced back to you and you'll have your door kicked in by ninjas working for the ATF and go to prison and they'll plant info on your computer that you sold weapons tech to the Chinese and N. Koreans.

Can't argue with that logic, ninja's are always to blame.

But in all seriousness I would guess it's because it is wireless. I used to have a Wireless Mouse/keyboard and I would have similar problems that your describing, which all went away when I went and got a new Wired Mouse/keyboard. Have to love shielded wires.

Teenage mutant ninja turtles.

I'd only suspect them if there was pizza grease on the keyboard.  Or maybe empty pizza boxes outside.

There are no drivers, theyre auto-compatable or somesuch nonsense. The transmitter is no more than 4 inches away from the receiver.

I don't use any wireless gear. I did once and it was OK most of the time, but some times I got nothing but a bunch of grief.
