From a bombers view...

Needs to be a reason to fly multiple bombers, other than for mutual gun-assistance. Flattening fields is generally cussed at and frowned upon. So what would you want multiple lancasters for?

There needs to be some way for players to undo field-aquiring damage more speedily. People are very unkeen on bombers doing the full thing of flatten-factories, flatten field, C47 at your leisure, because after you take the field it'll be out of commission for way too long.

If you intend to take a field, only destroy the ack and hangars.  That way the field will be usable as soon as it is taken and the hangars come up.  Bombing stores at a field is usually frowned upon unless you are hitting a field behind the lines and trying to stop an advance.

Multiple bombers with a coordinated attack are very useful in taking a field.  The bombers hit the hangars at the desired field, and then continue on to the nearest field and take out the hangars there to knock out the defending forces.

That accomodates perhaps a couple of bombers... It'd be really nice to see more purpose for larger bomber formations than just hitting large main fields.

It might be nice to have more ground targets other than fields.  If they would have some strategic value, it would even be better.  I would also like to see some bridges and smaller targets.  More targets would be great for squad sized missions.

Thought: How to explain bombables like bridges?

They count as part of the rebuild process under the guise of resupply.

Perhaps also be a good idea if friendly non-fields were marked on the ingame map with a small green 'X'.
