There as in Seattle, Ripsnort as in you, yourself. What do you think about it? I find it strange he wasn't charged for wreckless driving too.

I'll give you an 8 for a good recovery.


Why reckless driving? He was speeding and changing lanes without signaling...that's typical behavior on our roads!

Its most likely different there, but Here in where I live If your observed traveling over 15mph the speed limit, you automatically get charged with Wreckless Driving.

What makes them do drugs?

1. They can.

2. They've been allowed to do whatever they want for years.

I call it entitlement.  Professional sports are scouting kids with talent back to Jr. High now (and in some cases even earlier).  They are allowed to do whatever they want in the context of their worlds.  Each step along the way they are protected and someone bails them out until finally they feel above the law.  Here is something that happened in Utah recently http://www.ksl.com/?nid=294&sid=3731262

I just don't understand when a celebrity or sports star gets pulled over for DUI, its always alleged or suspicion of DUI just because they refuse to take a breathalyzer at the scene.
