The fact that someone would go so far as to vulch a second acct, Requires it be brought to the boards, i don't care at all about score but these guys that game the score are useually the big mouth dweebs that need to be exposed and humiliated. maybe if everyone did as SkyRock and look into these miricle scores it might give the score gamers something to think about b4 they do it.

Kills stat could be how many different people you shoot down a month, not just the number of kills. IE: someone who got a kill on john, paul and ringo would be higher ranked than someone who got 3 kills on john.

Of course that would be in a perfect world where it wouldnt be a huge waste of HTC hours.

You know, I think that is what Skyrock is trying to point out by the extremes tools will go to get a high score/rank.

Exactly, AKAK, I don't think some get it though.  I spent all of 7 seconds whizzing down the top ten fighters and noticed this cat was new and had a 4 to 1 ratio of kills of bombers to fighters and a 30% hit percentage. I smelled a rat, swept it up, and threw it out into the GD.

Funny someone would go to one computer, up a formation of bombers, go back to the other computer and up a fighter, kill bombers, rinse & repeat 93 times in 2 weeks......... I think I would rather watch paint dry

To those that keep saying, "Who cares about his score, I don't play for score so it doesn't affect me...", chew on this for a few moments.

I don't do GV battles. I couldn't give a rat's fat arse about Shermans, Tigers and Panzers or anything to do with them. But, I recognize a lot of subscribers do enjoy the ground war aspect of the game, it seems somewhat strange to me, but I don't judge them. Now, say I'm flying along and I witness someone in a tank definitely doing something unscrupulous. Whatever, it doesn't affect me, what do I care?... right?... Wrong!!!

As conscientious members of the community we owe it to our fellow ethical players to report the incident to HTC via email with as much supportive evidence as possible and let them do what needs to be done to maintain the integrity of this product for the benefit of everyone, regardless of their chosen play-style...

Ladies and Gentlemen of the jury.   Biggamer stands accused of a possible charges of "Willfull and premeditated score whoaring in the first degree".  Let us look at the facts. 

A relative new comer to the game as of December last.
Has played as many hours this tour in MW as of all of last tour.
Has 89 bomber kills so far in a relatively unpopulated arena.
Had a 29% hit rate which subsequently has dropped to 19%.
Fighter stats are:- Kills per hour at 21 in an unpopulated arena.
Ranked number 1 fighter in MW.
Belongs to a squad which is known to score.

Those are the facts but one vital piece of evidence is missing.  The curpus delicti.  The name of the shade account or willing accomplice has not been brought forward.  With the absents of a corpus delicti it cannot be proved beyond a shadow of a doubt the charge of "willful premeditated score whoaring in the first degree".

Upon summing up your verdict you must look at the facts and not hearsay.  That said there is a fine line between facts before us and reasonable doubt.  A guilty verdict for the charge would have to be unanimous.  If a member of the jury votes not guilty and in the absents of a corpus delicti the case is dismissed.

Appeals by both parties are permitted in the high court of HTC.
