there's only one reason i'd react differently to a black man comming at me. i don't own any weapons(besides my compound bow)which is usless in these cases......so i'fd have to defend myself by fighting. thing is if a black man is comming at ya......you can rest assured that he has at least 2 friends just waiting to join in. white men when they do this bs don;t worry about that. i wouldn;t hesitate to get into it with a white guy, cause i have a fighting chance. with a black guy, i know that within a moment or 2 there'll be a bunch of em on me....kinda like what happened in the account that started this thread..........hence, if i dont have friends VERY close by.....i will bravely run away rather than get into it with a black guy. other than that, i'd react the same. if i had a gun, i'd react the same..

We run into a few problems here............

Depending on what state you live in..........

IF you actually shoot them you will spend time in prison (charges of murder, or attempted murder, probably... EVEN though what they did may have been a felony, and you can do whatever it takes to prevent a felony in most states) and face lawsuit after lawsuit by their families or any of the preps that didn't die.  So even if you win every case you will probably be so poor when it's over from all the attorney fees...........

You will probably also face charges of committing a HATE crime as well...........

So what do you do to protect your children?

Was a time when reacting the way the man did to protect his daughter was NORMAL and expected..............

Start with the Chief of Police (REMOVE from office!) then the politician, or politicians, that appointed the Chief of Police (REMOVE from office!) then the District Attorney..... any Judge that would even alow this into court unless that Judge IMMEDIATELY DISMISSEDS that case etc...

You are GETTING the Law Enforcement YOU ALLOW!

Change the politicians, law enforcement personal, judges, DA's etc....

That is the ONLY way, short of arming yourselves and going to the jail, risking an all out shooting confrontation with law enforcement and possibly later the national guard, and freeing this person, that things are going to change!

It is my opinion that this stuff will continue and probably only get worse UNTIL you and many others recognize YOU MUST get involved and actively make an effort to CHANGE things.......

The fact is, there is tremendous hatred of Whites amongst the Black underclass, dwarfing any hatred of Blacks held by Whites in modern times. And Whites are the favored "targets of opportunity" for their thugs when available.

Funny you should mention Hispanics and Asians. In some of my business dealings, I've come to know a lot of them, especially convenience store owners, restaurateurs, and motel operators out of Pakistan, Sri Lanka, India, and China. Like I said in the post about France's immigration policy, despite my misgivings about free immigration from regions known to produce terrorists, they are in fact mostly okay. They come to this country, just as different-looking as the Blacks, with even more differences in language, culture, and religion. Then they proceed to do much better than people who have been here 300 years, especially as regards rates of violent crime. And don't try to tell me that the Chinese, or the Jews, or the Hispanics, have experienced less racism than Blacks, they haven't.

The other thing about Hispanics and especially Middle Easterners/Asians is that nearly everyone of them that I know personally dislikes Blacks FAR more than myself or the average White person in general. In the words of a particular Pakistani convenience store owner "Blacks are a cancer on America." HIS words, not mine. Operating where he does, he has plenty of experience. He comes from a country with a totally different racial history than the U.S., yet he has come to this attitude in a few short years. Naturally hateful? Taught to hate Blacks in a country with no history of enslaving them and no discernable Black population? Or weary and disgusted with what he deals with everyday?

 What can the reason be that so many immigrants I know are DESPERATE to save enough money to move into White neighborhoods, even lower-middle class ones? It isn't because they have any more racial/cultural commonalities with Whites than they do with Blacks. Its because even if the White guy across the street views them with suspicion or even dislike, he is still far less likely to steal/vandalize their property, murder them and rape their daughter. Hell, decent BLACKS move out of these neighborhoods if they have the means.

Like I say, it is a huge problem, and blaming it on those who AIN'T doing the murdering, robbing, and the raping
is a position so ridiculous I don't see how it is taken seriously.

mt...  I didn't read the sensationalized versions of the crime..   the real facts were horrific enough and change nothing.. if it had been white on black crime.. white men beating to death and then burning the body of a middle class negro.. then raping and beating and then suffocating to death his negro girlfriend.... well..  be honest.. how do you think that would have played?

Nope.. the truth is that blacks commit violent crime against whites 7 times more than the reverse.    The fact is that the justice system will treat a white attacking a negro a whole lot worse.. his crime is elevated to a hate crime.. that does not happen in the reverse.

The fact is that with this happening more and more..  and the excuses that go with it..  More and more whites are getting angry..  they may not get violent but..

We will throw out the good with the bad... there are so many bad that I have just given up on any negro I do not have to be around..  I avoid any that I don't need to deal with.   I am pleasantly surprised at times by some but not enough to make it worthwhile to change my ways.   It is the smart thing to avoid them since the deck is stacked against whites in any conflict.

 at times i'd go to philly with my exgirlfriend(black) and never a single bad comment from any white people. black people onm the other hand.......harrassment is a serious understatement. same in the malls.

 poor black people hate whites i think because they listen to racist drivel about how the white man keeps the black man down. don't know for sure, but i DO know i see more black racists than white ones around here.......and i despise all racists, so i'm not filtering what i see.

You apologists for Black thuggery will never admit that perhaps Whites have a REASON to be uncomfortable around Blacks in certain circumstances. Nor do you seem to take into account that mainstream White America mostly LOVES a Black person who comports themselves well (Oprah, Obama, Tony Dungy, Bryant Gumble, Bill Cosby, Thomas Sowell and Armstrong Williams for the Limbaugh set), so maybe the problem has nothing to do with some irrational White hatred of a certain skin tone, and every thing to do with crimes that happen everday.

Saying that I don't fee 'unsafe' when I walk by a black person hardly makes me an apologist for this crime.  I'm just saying that I don't feel unsafe when I walk next to a black man, an Asian or anyone else of another race or ethnic backround.  To me, it's not the skin that makes someone a criminal but their actions.  

Do you really cross the street when you see a blackman walking your way on the same side of the sidewalk?  Do you take the next elevator just because there is a black man entering the same elevator as you?  Do you instinctively reach behind and touch your back pocket to make sure your wallet is there when you pass a black man on the street?  Do you lock the doors in your car when you drive down the street and see a group of black men at the street corner?
