The Ultimate Jonas Brothers Thread
« on: August 18, 2008, 07:13:15 PM »
I know for a fact that many people here are huge Jonas Brothers fans. So I figured why not make a mega thread devoted to the Jonas Brothers. Enjoy.

I heard Joe Jonas is dating Taylor Swift. She was spotted at one of their concerts this week. I don't know what to think about that. I hope that both of them don't hurt their music careers. Also, they were immortalized at Madame Tussaud's (Wax Museum). The wax sculptures are pretty darn realistic.

What do you guys think about Joe Jonas dating Taylor Swift? Also, please post anything relating to Jonas.

Wasn't one swallowed by a whale?

Legendary?

Someone once referred to 37 year old Nicole Kidman as legendary to Lauren Bacall.

Bacall replied, " "She's not a legend, she's a beginner. What is this 'legend?' She can't be a legend at whatever age she is. She can't be a legend, you have to be older."

Rolling Stones, CCR, Beatles, Beach Boys, these are legendary.

Aerosmith, Lynard Skynyrd, Led Zepplin, Pink Floyd, these are legendary.

Although if the whole band was swallowed by a whale, I guess that could be a skynyrd like legend.

I think they got swallowed by that big whale pretty early in their career. I never heard of them either.

Hopefully Gepeto will let them have a bit of linguini so's they don't starve in there.

Have they done a cover of a Hank Williams song?

Can't be a legendary band until they do a cover of Hank.

Don't knock them.  They are good christian role models for the kids.  They really play their instruments.  As a parent I can say they are kid safe and I approve of what they do.  They play a cover of "Hello, Goodbye" in a Target commercial but they are not now nor will they ever be The Beatles.  My kids know the difference.
