what exactly does this feature do??? I have a widescreen and have set it to "wide" but noticed this other setting,90 degree verticle????

Try it and find out.
Perhaps it has to do with portrait vs landscape aspect for widescreen monitors that swivel.

After talking with a squadie,he has a nonwide screen and it seems to give him a better view.
I was wondering if the new widescreen support required this new 90 degree view to be used with nonwide monitors???
