I don't have any specific data on the Hispano but most 20mm ranged from 200-500rpm.

Humm, whered you get your RPM references for 200-500rpm..  that probably goes for vehicle based 20mm auto-cannons

already MG151/20 fires something like +700 rounds per minute.
and heavy machineguns ranges from 700-900rpm..

not many 20mm cannons in the planes ranges below 500rpm, just some lousy ones..

Yes your right. The only data I had handy was for AA 20mm auto cannon.
