Actually, all you're really doing by repeating this "get it" quote over and over... is that your opinion is right and he is too immature or stupid to realize it.  In short, you believe you have superior standing, no matter what.  It's obtuse, but it is exactly what you are saying.  This "it" is some hypothetical that you have figured out, that he has not.... and when he does.... boy, the whole world will shift.

The thing is though, that he doesn't get it and is wrong.  This whole notion that everyone is right and if we'd just all get into a big group hug and compromise everything will turn into a utopia is one of the main fundamental flaws of the left.  

In every argument there is a right side and a wrong side and on almost every issue you guys are straight-up, flat-out wrong.

In fairness.. there are a few conservatives here who cry as loudly as the liberals when insulted..  I am not a conservative tho.   I am an individualist.

I think the OP was referring to the tactics of the 'great white whiner' (Al Gore) and everyone else on the left. You know where they come out on the attack accusing of precisely the same thing they are quilty of in order to remove all possibility of rebuttal and counter-attack. Its a great way to confuse and confound and misdirect not only the willing participants (the press/media) but also the duped public.

Dos Equis, You need to separate the wheat from the chaff when it comes to the conservatives in here- Charon, Hangtime, Toad, Lazs, Bodhi and alot of others are respectable, articulate and bright guys that are enjoyable reads who make great conservative points- then you have the pseudo wanna be conservatives whose typical response in a thread is "Your panties are in a bunch" (like two responses in this thread) or otherwise throw out an insult because that's all they have. Forgive them- indeed, pity them- but most of all ignore them, and read the guys who, although they disagree with you, can at least put two thoughts together without the typical Pavlov's Dog response so prevalent among the self proclaimed conservatives here. Some of them are lonely little men who desperately want to belong to a group, so they look for acceptance here by parroting what they think others want to hear. Ignore them, they're nobody you'd even talk to if you met them on the street.

Ahh, I know you've come outta here covered in Poo quit a bit, Lasz...as a matter of fact, I've seen you have to duel with up to 5 people at once. However, I've seen you sling your fair share back, as well. And in quite a few threads' you've had people jumping to your aid. Dos Equis hasn't really had that support. I believe there's fewer Liberals in here simply because there's already so many entrenched conservatives...and that's what I meant by Dos Equis having a harder time. He seems' to be the favorite target lately.

Now, I will admit that he has set up multiple threads attacking McCain/republicans, but even for everything he's put out there, there's twice as many attacking/slandering Obama/Democrats. Not everyone attacks him with the same fervor, but they do attack him, and the way he was bearing up under it for a while there...You do gotta admire his tenacity.
