Thanks for sharing Selino!

I've been to the Wright AF base and the museum in Pensacola FLA.

Both worthy of visits. My guess they are nothing like the Smithsonian.

I look forward to visiting the Smithsonian some day.

In the meantime, I enjoy the "Air & Space" magazine and keep hoping I'll get to go soon.

You need to suggest a <ahem> work related IT trip that takes you to the DC area.  Stick with that plan.   :)

I went to it when I was in high school when it was over at the National Mall.  I've heard from many people that it is even better now that it's over next to Dulles.

Its in both locations, it never "moved".
There must also be a flyable computer available for Nefarious to do FSO. So he doesn't keep talking about it for eight and a half hours on Friday night!

I lived in Arlington for almost a year.  Never went. :cry  Been to the National Cemetery though.  That is also a "must see" on any D.C. trip.  Thanks for sharing the pictures! :aok

Good to see they still have this. I'm rather surprised that the govt let them keep it.

Udvar-Hazy Center is really difficult to shoot good pictures. Really need a tripod in there.

I don't know why they made the hangar so dark.
