I dont remember the Constitution saying anything about affirmative action and juries.

Sadly had their been "people of his same race" in the jury maybe OJ would have gotten off. Ive seen many a predator released back into society like that, mostly back into the same community that gave them a pass. Its like "victims" dont even matter to people nowdays. They just want to make their little political statements. Its a sad, sad reality when prosecutors begin to hate bringing trials to juries because they are afraid personal motives of jurists will release the criminal. Thats why where I work armed robbery pleas go for far less then what OJ got. Ive seen killers get less then OJ in plea bargains.

Its why in his double murder trial the victims meant nothing. They meant nothing to nobody except to their families and friends. Gee, where have I seen that before?

Both guys who had the guns testified OJ told them to bring them. 3 of the posse testified OJ said to, "bring some heat". Do you even know what your talking about?

From what little I saw of the Defences arguments, it would have more than enough to put a "reasonable" doubt in my mind re: the charges if I was on that Jury.
"From what little I saw"? :huh

I just had a sense from the get go that the State of Nevada was gunning hard for OJ.
Poor OJ. :cry Let me ask you this. If you were up on a robbery trial you think OJ would care about you? Anyway, I'm done with the Judge Judy thing. I myself think its hilarious this rat gets to spend his golden years in a cage.

The tapes were direct evidence of what happened as it happened. The only better evidence would have been a video. Hell yes it's better evidence than the stories and fabrications of the defence attornies tossed out there. What is better than the defendants own voice and comments DURING the crime??

If he wanted to recover his property he should have made a police report and let the Police handle it. Instead he decided to steal what he has to date not been able to show was in fact not lawfully taken from him.

DEFINITION OF A VETERAN
A Veteran - whether active duty, retired, national guard or reserve - is someone who, at one point in their life, wrote a check made payable to "The United States of America", for an amount of "up to and including my life."

I'll admitt i've paid very little attention to OJ and he is the least of my concern at the moment.

It is quite possible the only blurb I watched about the trial was biased towards OJ so my info/opinion could be squewed.

The two things that really stuck out to me were the timing of the verdict, and being convicted by an all white jury.

Those two things alone gave me pause.

To be honest though, I could really care less what happens to OJ.

Also another thing, OJ didn't just take things that were his, he took everything, including things that weren't his, so saying he was just taking back what was his is misleading.  Now he later tried to give the things back that weren't his, but the damage had already been done by him taking them.
