maybe right after christmas i can sit down and spend a few hours with the other programs and clean it out....havent done much to it in the past couple of years except download garbage.

You may want to consider a a fresh installation of your OS which will restore the registry back to Square One. Naturally you'll need to back up all your data and reinstall all applications. Short of that, you may want to try a registry cleaning utility. I've had good luck with Registry Fix.

Good point. Just who do those developers think they are charging hard earned money for a program and developed and marketed?  :cry
