Nope, it's borken.
You'd have to record it in-game with Fraps or Guncam if you want it to look right.

Load the film in the viewer but before pressing play check "internal" and "recorded views" then play film. Once film starts press "Home" on your key board. You will have to press the "home" key ever time the view style or position in plane is changed.
When you see the bombsite position cross hairs uncheck "recorded view" whilst letting the film play.
