Hmm if you are refering to Ha as in "Hamburger Flugzeugwerke", the answer is no. Here's the Ha-140:

Someone please name that damn plane...

Purely a wild bellybutton guess , Never seen a pic of it.

HS124 V2 or V3?

HS-124 comin right up. Has a twin tail configuration though and the nose looks somewhat longer...(

My first guess was FW-187. Tail looks similar but the version I found has inline engines, not radial like the plane above....

FW-187

AAARRGHH!

It was not Dornier but Blohm und Voss that had asymmetrical design called Bv 141.

Tail seems to be different between mystery plane and B & V 141 but there is still hope... B & V produced plane with same idea but it had BMW jet engine located in cocpit section and design was altered a bit elsewhere too...

 Well done,
Jochen more or less got it, and Andy almost named it..

IT is infact the BV141 prototype:

 Ha 141-0

Hamburger Flugzeugbau was sold to Blohm and  Voss in 1938

This profile shot shows the unusal and easy  to identify BV141
