TACLOBAN TANGO: FRAME 3 SCORE

The final frame was the closest:

A2A

IJ  30.2
US 28.2

A2G

IJ  24.4
US 29.2

US is penalize 2 points for illegal takeoff by Duck21 of 13MPG when he took off on a second life.

Total:

IJ  54.6
US  55.4

I got an explanation of Duck's 2nd life last night, and he should have never been penalized in the first place.  So, the US gains those two points back to score 57.4 points in Frame 3.

Some sort of weird warp that scooted him 3 sectors away.  Mystic allowed him to re-up based on that explanation, thus, no penalty.
