 :rofl :rofl

the guy was flying like a tard, they called him out on it, I was not there so I can't say how badly they reamed him, does not sound to bad,

you guys are making it seem like they DRDEATHed him. now THAT guy was bad.

I think some need thinker skins.

online gaming is so full of this type of crap,  it was the same 6 years ago when I started here, its not any worse or better.

lol I had a 109 last night that was a complete tard, I called him out for it,  he had ALT, E, every advantage but yet he could not get into a good "position" to kill me and refused to "engage" so ya I called him a "tard"  cuz he was!! oh and I was also in a 109.

so what we supposed to do? say "hey fella,  you are obviously new to the game, and your "flying" style just wont get you that far..."

ya I can see his response "eat crap dood I will fly the way I want, its my 15$... blah blah blah"

WOW!!!! I was just having fun reading this thread when you made me spew coffee....

YOU and Bipolar actually think you are right to insult a guy on range based on one encounter???  On range???  Think about it...he has to sit there and either turn his sound off or squelch you in flight because YOU and Bipolar don't have anything better to do then insult on ch 200 then to actually jump sides and insult someone on range?????????

Mark (skyrock) your squad is becoming more then a laughing stock...it is now reaching embarrassing.  If i was the c.o. these two jerks would be long gone....they actually have drunk your koolaid and believe we care about anything they say...

As for the OP...i didn't understand why you would begin this thread until this self confession by Grizz.  I would film this sort of behavior and send it in for HTC to handle rather then post here in the future.

WOW...this is what hurts the game more so then any gameplay....Grizz and Bipolar need to buy an xbox and harrass 12 yos for fun...leave the adults this game please. :huh

BTW mechanic you ROCK dude....preach the truth brother :rock

Falc, you know I like ya and all,   but I think you are wrong on this one, this type of behavior has been going on since the beginning, and is not "hurting the game"  anywhere near the "horde" mentality that is so prevalent in the MA's, That is what hurts this game, it is the "flying style" of many in AH that hurt the game play, not the "smack talk".

and Why does it always go back to the friggin squad?????

was the whole squad messing with him? The friggin Muppets are what this game is about!!    "Fighting"    win or lose

I am no way near being embarrassed for being a "Muppet"  as a matter of fact, the only time I was ever embarrassed to be in a squad was when I was a BOP.

sorry but for us that love to fight, in a "Combat" flight sim, we find it hard to understand the mentality of the "horde". and other "tactics" that are just LAME, no one really *bleeping* dies.

"Hordes" they are the cause of people leave the game.

I don't think telling some one that they are timid is an insult, especially after you chase them for 3 sectors.

I don't think BP or Grizz started this thread.

It is not that bad really.  You run, expect to be called a runner and don't get mad about it.  Since when that became an insult?  Start a thread crying about being called a runner and . . .  well, enjoy the 15 pages  :D

It also depends on who is friends with who and who has pissed off who lately, or these threads die off fast  :bolt:

B) To a relative stranger on ch200 or PM: 'You are a little wussy coward boi. Did your daddy not love you enough? Maybe you should grow some hair on you balls and stop being a pathetic little B****'

Is this what happened in this case?  We aren't prejudging and spinning a situation based on preconceived ideas of how a player may or may not act are we?  That would be wrong.  You are above that.  These two didn’t say anything near what you are alleging they said.  They simply told him he was being timid.  It is obvious that you have an agenda against these two (and perhaps more than them) and frankly, that disappoints me.  You are blowing this way out of proportion.  I have seen both of these guys be very helpful in-game.  Just the other day I logged on and tuned into a channel with BiPoLaR and he was teaching a guy new to GV’s some pointers.  If someone quits because of some light criticism then I am afraid they are too thin skinned to make it in a game environment that is brutal by nature --- and by that I mean internet gaming and not just AH.  Stop using a weak platform to demonize two players who contribute to the community way more than a 3 sector runner who can’t stand up to a tiny bit of criticism.

Make this a sticky.

You are ignorant and/or blind if you have not seen bipolar and others use coarse abrasive insults ona regular basis. Only the other day Biploar was calling my squadmate a 'little studmuffin boy' (which is funny because the guy in question is a 6'2" 200lbs outdoor type guy from Texas) and much worse for a whole five minutes while we laughed at him on squad channel. He then got squelched by most of us. No, he did not hurt our wittle feelings. But yes, this behaviour is the problem with the game today, not the person who decides to fly 'timid'
Grizz on the other hand has alot more class.
 :aok

Yet still none of you address the fact that Fester flies timid all the time and you do not call him out. You think he gets 100+ kill streaks by flying at 5k in a furball?  :lol

I am polite to a fault, have a great time in this game, and never need to call anyone out in order to find fights and have fun.  Why others do so, I will never understand.  I still see no need for anything other than "all in fun" smacktalk.  Which by the way I feel should be reserved for friends and squaddies and not folks I barely know.  I usually only relax on this stance if someone is consistently going on and on and on like a nagging drip.  Let your guns do the talking pure and simple if you have nothing civil to say.  It is better for the entire community. :aok

not sure, but i think it'd be hard to top valdals.

he spent a couple minutes bragging that he shot me and tonyjoey down within 10 seconds. thing was he came from about 10k, was around 400mph, and picked us as we were both low n slow......tj yelled for me to break at the last second. by the time i could react, my tail was gone(amazing hispanos) and then i was in the tower.

yet, about 45 minutes later, he's screaming on open channel crying(like a little girl) how n7 picked him. then he cried about someone vulching him.

funny how some things are ok by people when its them doing it, but not so ok when it;s not them doing it.  :rofl :rofl :bolt:

Maybe Bipolar and grizz might want to take a break from the game for a bit.  It's obviously getting to be all-consuming, as their postings suggest.  When you can't hold your temper with three kids in P51's and feel you need to defend your honor.....

Both of your stats....
I wish I had a job that allowed me to stay home, fly all day and criticize everyone who didn't do exactly what I wanted.

Three different people have flown on my account this month.  My fiancées brother logged almost 20 hours on it..... he's a WW2 nut, and ended up subbing.  His 14 year old kid, put another 10 hours on it.  I logged another 18 or so (including 4 hours AFK).
48 hours total for the month, between three people on one comp.   And that didn't even come close to either of your tallies.

why the heck is 200 there?  hell I have a blast watching 200, its like comedy central

I also enjoy speaking to my nme's on 200, most often it is to say "nice shot" or something along those lines.

trust me if someone is being a Tard in the R/W, and it effects me, I will very much express my thoughts to them on there Tardlyness.  :aok

hey did I just make a new word?  "Tardlyness"   :lol   that should be put in the English language.

No.  I admit that BiPoLaR directs his colorful criticism toward others quite often.  However, he is not purposely targeting new players as is being implied in this thread.  He does just the opposite, invariably it is someone that he knows and/or recognizes in game that he knows can take it and will laugh it off like your 6’-2” Texan buddy (or me) or some vet who is being a tard and deserves it.  What he does is not what is wrong with the game.

What is wrong with the game is the prevailing attitude of “lack of fight” that is rampant in the arenas today.  As an example, just the other day I ran into a set of low buffs over a radar factory, I came in to set up an attack and he didn’t fire a shot.  I figured no problem, I am still pretty far out and he is in his bombsight and will start shooting when I get close enough and his eggs are out.   He dropped his bombs and at that point I was close in, he started shooting.  What happened next just boggles my mind. He pinged me twice then banked hard and swung back toward the factory.  I thought he was maneuvering his bombers for a better fight.  Nope.  He got back over the factory and started strafing the buildings with his guns and never fired another shot at me again.  He had just resigned to die and would rather shoot buildings.  Just one example among thousands of “what is wrong with the game”.

About Fester, my money is on that he wouldn’t run three sectors.  I am not fascinated with him enough to know his in-game practices.

i like the fact that the noob said he filmed his sortie. WTG dude thats how you learn by watching films of your fights. remember you can click on the bad guys plane and watch it from his view point.

dont let these vets get to you. keep up your hard work and remember no matter what any of these jerks say your doing just fine.

on another note i wouldnt post stuff like this on the BBS. the BBS forums has a ton of idiots that like to make fun of people for no reason at all.
