i would like a help me file or more info on the new strats and how they work...
1. whats the current downtime and resuply chain for them.
2. new maps like the old ones showing the plasements of the buildings at each strat like we had befor.
anything would help i guess.

I'm guessing there will be one eventually, HTC still needs to do some tinkering with the strats yet.  Just a guess, but I would think they want to wait till that gets figured out before organizing information about it.
