Well being a SJ Sharks fan I'm Leaning towards Canada. The Sharks 3 top forwards and their best D-Man will be playing for Canada, while Their 2nd Line Center will be going for Team USA. I just wanna see a good game. I won't be disappointed as long as it isn't a yawner.

Canada has ALL the pressure, if they don't win the gold it will be HUGE FAILURE(much like every SJ playoff run). So Canada has a lot to prove and so do my favorite players.

I am an American though, so it would do wonders for USA hockey to win it all. My two Daughters watched some of the USA women's team and wanna play hockey now. I just think more people in the States need to see more hockey so it isn't treated as the "other sport", and the Olympics is a great platform for that. A good run by the USA team will get a buzz going here again.

I think Canada will edge the US   5-4.

I just hope that that they can meet again in the Medal round for the Gold.

The woman's U.S team won today.

Gotta say I thought Curling was dumb, but it's actually pretty interesting to watch.

Will be a great game. Miller is an amazing goaltender and Canada will have to come out firing if they expect to win. The Swiss gave us a good scare last night.

Sunday is going to be crazy.

You realize all the medal winners from the past two Olympics are going that day?  Russia, US, Can, Czechs, Swe, and Finland....all playing.

I'm eagerly awaiting the Russia vs Czech game.... both teams hate the other (Cold war never died there) and Russia really needs to win....it's by far the most important prelim game that day.  That Group B is crazy... poor Latvia!

Ya, after they benched Shuster...  Kind of feel bad for the guy.  He put the team together.  Got to the Olympics.  Then got benched by a "higher power".

Of course, he did pretty much blow it.

Yeah I was surprised by that too, but like you said, he had been choking.

Blow it is an understatement, choking 3 games in a row is not good.

I found it interesting that they were saying unlike in other Olympic sports most Curler's have regular jobs, I believe it's only Canada & Germany were the Curling players make enough money from sponsorship or the government that they don't have to work, like on the U.S men's team I think one of them is a bartender.

One of them is a substitute teacher and another is a IC manager or something like that.
