stealth, you have to realize............ The Spit 1 aside (Carb issue), a good stick can out fly anybody in a spit.  Forget about all the silly chit........ Me and some .303's of a Spit V will kill you every time in your K4/D9/p51/262/Jug/Tempy.  There is no discussion, it's pure truth.  If I knew who you were in-game, and thought you an adversary, I might be afraid of you in a Hurri C, but that's about it.  You ask questions that are almost insulting to most of this community.

Back to subject,Spit1 is a good plane still not the best but still an OK kinda of plane.
