FYI, velcro was invented by an Italian who had a spark of inspiration after observing his wife pulling her turtle neck sweater off and observing how it hung up on her mustache.            :old:               :bolt:               :neener:

To keep the thread pertinent, did you, or did you not lock down the flaps on the aforementioned refrigerator, and are you interested in purchasing wholesale quantities of cheese and/or pickles? :old:

I did not lock down the refrigerator flapping, but my wife did do to incoming nightly raids below the radar for mass quantities of cheese and crackers by a certain RV-8 flier.

Ok now I am really confused.  Does a running refrigerator still keep the food cold inside?  Cuz you think it would work up quite a sweat gallivanting all over town.   And, a refrigerator that is locked down isn't running so the food can't stay cold that way either right?  Maybe we need to just invest in ice chests to avoid this paradox.  Can we all agree on that?

Agree able we shouldn't have the flaps auto retracting as we gain speed we should have to do it ourselves and if we forget OHDEAR your flaps are now damaged and stay where they are and now affect your aircraft's performance at high and midrange speed's.

Love the idea  :aok

My fridge is such a slow runner that its flaps won't even auto retract...
The good thing is it never runs far, so I know my pickles are always within the block range..  :aok

I took the rollers off my refrigerator to keep it from running.  Works good too but someone told me it was cruel.

I used that line of logic and put Prince Albert and his 16lb balls in my fridge.  He ate my pickles and drank my beer then they ran off to San Fran together to become life partners :cry

Dare I say it, better than Hot Air Ballon Duels?

Now, are you postive that at this very moment in time, your refrigerator has not snuck out to the hot air balloon dueling grounds?
