My prize aviation history bit is the logbook of a Spit XII driver who flew with both 41 and 91 squadrons, the two RAF squadrons that flew the Spit XII in combat.  It would be nice to have the bird to go with that logbook :)

:aok Cheap parts, for a warbird

:aok Good on gas, for a warbird

 :aok Plenty of useful load

 :aok Plenty of range

:aok Plenty of room for the wife, AWAY from the cockpit

I think it's a pretty good choice.

I think it's a pretty good choice.

You can't get chicks in the Turkey.  That's not even the mini-van of airplanes--its more like an ice-cream truck...

109-G6 with all the weapons removed and an extra fuel tank installed internally.

Though, I would like something I could take the misses for a spin in, so..

I don't have a picture of it, but I'm sure you all have seen it, my choice would be the HE219,or the 410.  :)

I always get flak for liking this plane, but as it closely resembles my favorite plane ever(Rare Bear). I'd take this.
