Try going full screen?

That is the point, how?

Sometimes when you open an application and if it opens by covering only half of the total window size and if you would like to maximize it, you can use the shortcut keys alt + spacebar and then X.

Tested this with Firefox, and it will maximize it. Should do the same thing in WOT, in effect shove into full screen or close to full screen mode. Thus letting you see the box to click to force it full screen.

Well at the end of 2 days of playing I'm getting pretty fair with the MS-1, best run was 5 kills. Tried the T26 and didn't like it at all, then the Stug, and hated that.  Took me half a day of grinding to make enough credits to get the AT-1 bought, updated, and upgunned to the 76mm. I do love one shot sniping someone halfway across the map. :) But it is not fast, and its limited traverse makes mixing it up at close range a quick way to die.

Starting to play with the BT-2, at last a tank with some speed! If only it had some more punch!

Considering going back and trying the German side, really wish the US side was available also.

Do the repair and ammo costs go up a lot as you advance into better tanks?

Repairs go up as you get a better tank and depending on how much you have to repair (my Hetzer cost 1-3.5K to fix).  Ammo seems to cost about the same per tank, 10 per AP, 1 gold per Premium AP and 10 per HE.

Ammo goes up significantly in price. With Grille, if I put the long barreled gun on it, each shot costs 505 cr. Full load costs some 9k credits. With a shorter gun it's only 100 cr or 160 cr.

Considerably. My maxed out 3601H medium German tank costs an average of around 5600 credits when actually knocked out with around 75-80% or more damage. I use the long barreled 88MM on it, the ammo coasts around 1400 credits when I fire around 14 rounds in a match. However, it is not uncommon to score 16,000 credits and 350-400 experience points in a match, when on a premium account (I just spent 2500 gold on a month of premium).

The heavy tanks can be prohibitively expensive to run if you are not on a premium account. My new Tiger, that I am not at all happy with, costs at least 9,000 credits to repair. To quote Moriarty, from the movie Kelly's Heroes, "It's a piece of junk".

My JPIV German TD costs around 4000 credits to repair, and about the same to shoot as my 3601, as the guns are similar long barreled 88MM.

As the number of hit points goes up, the cost to repair follows. The 3601H has 710 hit points, where the Tiger has 1350. The Tiger, not having a lot more armor, and even less in some places, is damaged just as easily, it just takes more to knock it out. The worst case scenario is to have a tank like the Tiger taken out by artillery in one shot, that usually hits 90% or more damage, and costs 11,000 credits to repair. If it happens early in the match, you can have 10,000+ credits of repairs, and only earn maybe 2,000 credits at best. The Tiger doesn't earn as much, so when you have an 8,000 or 9,000 credit repair, and only earn 6,000 to 10,000 credits in a bad match, it loses credits rapidly, even on premium.

I kept my 3601H, my JPIV, and my Pz38H735f, specifically because it can be terribly expensive to run a heavy tank. You may need another vehicle or two in order to play enough to run your heavy. I'll keep the 3601H and the 38H even if I make it to the Tiger II. I may or may not keep the JPIV when I eventually work my way up to the JagPanther, it depends on how the JagPanther does. The Tiger will be sold immediately if I get to the Tiger II.

I have a Tiger and Tiger II along with a VK3601 and two teir 2 tanks. I can get out of most fight in the Tiger on the positive side or break even, with the Tiger II after repairs and ammo I'm lucky if i have net gain of any thing. 1 bad round can really mess you up, but i can make a lot with the VK and may sell one of my Teir 2's for a VK3001H and just hold there till the release.

I have a premium account so thats the only way i can run the Heavies all day, other wise I'd be SOL. My good rounds in the Tiger II I'll bring in 30-45k and an avg round about 15-20k. My repairs are usually between 8-12k, been as bad as 14K then add ammo to the cost, about 1,600 i think for AP and 650 for HE.

Hummel is the way to go. As long as you put rounds on target, you really don't have to kill the guy to earn credits. I had a good hummel run last night. 1008 Exp, and 40K credit, I didn't kill anyone, and best of all I wasn't even running on premium. Repair and ammo cost for the run was around 17k. So I made 23K credit with standard accounts=)

Use the smaller gun, less cost for rearm.

Everyone should have atleast 1 spg just to earn credits. I run a Hummel. 3601, panzer IV, and a jagdpanzer IV, hummel earns enough to update the rest and fix the repairs. Jagdpanzer is 2nd and the most fun

I bought a Bison before the soft wipe but to be honest I had no idea what I was doing with it and haven't tried arty again since. If anyone would like to show how one day I might buy another Arty.
