i really had higher expectations for the crew at hitech....its not my fault that they give me labor day off....its not even a real holiday.

After all, they do have to put up with all of us the rest of the time.

If I had to deal with this customer base I would be taking off as many holidays as I could come up with.

This....i coudlnt have said it any better my self....i pay them to work hard not take days off...i mean Christmas Jewish holidays independence day for your particular country....those are real holidays....not some labor day....
